Slovakia was pretty good in qualifying for the 2018 World Cup, finishing second in Group F, behind England. Nevertheless, the selection has not reached the roadblocks since it finished worse 2nd of the qualifiers of the zone Europe. Last September, Marek Hamsik’s partners dominated, at home, a Danish selection composed of elements of the lower divisions and futsal (3-0).
