Arsenal will look to wrap up their qualifying campaign at Shakhtar Donetsk, while Chelsea can also secure their spot in the last 16 against Spartak Moscow.

Two European giants collide when AC Milan take on Real Madrid at the San Siro, while Ajax travel to Auxerre and Roma visit Basel.

Elsewhere, Bayern Munich make the trip to CFR Cluj, MSK Zilina host Marseille and Partizan Belgrade entertain Braga.

Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal can book their spot in the knockout rounds with two fixtures to spare if they defeat Shakhtar on Wednesday evening.

The Gunners were comfortable 5-1 victors last month at the Emirates Stadium, and visit Ukraine sitting top of qualifying Group H on the back of three consecutive wins.

Chelsea, meanwhile, could also progress to the final 16 if they see off Spartak Moscow successfully at Stamford Bridge.

Carlo Ancelotti’s men are leading Group F having also secured three wins on the bounce and will be looking to make it four against the Russian visitors to cement their place at the summit.

In the group’s other match, French giants Marseille are still in with a chance of reaching the next round as they travel to MSK Zilina, and will be desperate for a three-point haul against the Slovakians.

Group G sees AC Milan host Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid, who are flying at the top of the group having won their opening three encounters and will be reluctant to damage their perfect record.

Elsewhere in that group, Eredivisie giants Ajax make the trip to France to face Auxerre, who are still seeking their first points of the campaign having suffered three back-to-back defeats.

Bayern Munich visit CFR Cluj in Group E having enjoyed a solid start to their campaign, winning all three of their opening games to build up a six-point advantage at the top.

In the other match of that group, Italian side Roma travel to Basel, with both sides ready to battle it out for second place.

Partizan Belgrade host Braga in the remaining Group H encounter and will be desperate to revive their campaign having suffered three successive defeats.
